You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. When Are Returns or Exchanges Accepted?
We accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

The item has an unusual smell or noticeable colour differences;
You received an item different from what you ordered;
Returns without a specific reason, as long as the item is unused, in new condition, and with original packaging intact.
3. How to Return a Product
Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and photos if applicable;
After approval, we will share the return address with you;
Send the item back and keep your shipping receipt;
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
4. How to Request an Exchange
Follow the same steps as a return and provide the necessary information;
After confirmation, please return the item to us;
Once inspected, the replacement item will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
5. Return Label
A return label is included in your package. Please attach it to the returned parcel to help us process it efficiently.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued within 1 to 5 business days after the return is approved.
7. Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost;
For returns without reason, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Responsibility Notice
Damage caused by misuse or external factors is not covered. Delays caused by force majeure events are beyond our responsibility.
