VerdeAuraHome currently ships orders within UK only.
Processing time: 1–3 business days;
Shipping fee: £9.99 for orders under £60;
Free shipping on orders of £60 or more;
All prices include taxes;

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 1–5 business days.
If an order has already been prepared or shipped after 48 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns can be requested after delivery.

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase provided.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund.
For returns without valid reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
