Delivery Area
We currently only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping services.

Shipping Costs
Orders under £60 are charged a flat shipping fee of £9.99.
Orders of £60 or more are eligible for free shipping.
All prices shown include taxes and applicable fees.

Order Processing Time and Cut-off
After your payment is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delays may occasionally occur during holidays or due to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if this happens.
